The challenge

Lex had a growing fitness brand with real momentum — but zero digital infrastructure. No website, no way to capture leads, no sales pipeline. Every potential customer who discovered the brand online had nowhere to go and no way to buy.

The brand was generating organic attention through social media, but without a system to capture and convert that attention, leads were evaporating. There was no CRM, no email follow-up, no way to track who was interested or where they came from.

Lex needed everything — and he needed it fast. Not a six-month phased rollout, but a working system that could start capturing leads and generating sales immediately.

The approach

I built a complete digital sales system from scratch in two weeks — website, ad campaigns, CRM, and sales pipeline, all integrated and ready to go.

The website was designed to convert: clear brand positioning, strong calls to action, and a streamlined path from landing page to purchase. Meta ad campaigns were set up to drive targeted traffic, with tracking pixels and conversion events wired in from day one.

On the backend, a CRM with an integrated sales pipeline captures every lead and tracks them through the entire journey — from first ad click to completed purchase. Automated email sequences handle follow-up, so no lead goes cold while Lex focuses on what he does best.

The system was designed to be self-sustaining: Lex can manage the pipeline, adjust ad spend, and monitor performance without needing technical support for day-to-day operations.
